  • Buyers may place orders through the app using Hyperpay. We do not store card details.
  • Refunds are available if an order is damaged or incorrect.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

4. Vendor Terms

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Accurate product descriptions
  • Intellectual property compliance; vendors must not infringe third-party rights
  • Order fulfillment and handling returns
  • Ensuring products comply with applicable laws
  • Jewelers may remove products or suspend vendor accounts for T&C violations

5. Payments & Transactions

  • All payments are processed securely via Hyperpay.
  • Jewelers is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party services.
  • Refunds are processed in accordance with the buyer terms above.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationally within Saudi Arabia.
  • All shipping is handled by Jewelers.
  • No guaranteed delivery times are provided; delivery times may vary.

7. Intellectual Property & Content

  • All Jewelers content (branding, images, text, code) is owned by Jewelers.
  • User-generated content (reviews, comments, images) grants Jewelers a non-exclusive license to display and use it.
  • Copying, scraping, or redistributing content without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Jewelers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, legality, and compliance.

9. Termination & Account Suspension

  • Jewelers may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these T&C.
  • Products or content violating policies may be removed without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These T&C are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of Jewelers will be resolved under Saudi Arabian law.

11. Modifications

Jewelers reserves the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
